The ISTEC General Assembly is made up of all the members of the
Consortium. During the Annual General Assembly held every November,
the Executive Office reports on the status of the Consortium and
the proposed programs, presents an annual budget for the ensuing
year, and requests participants to help in the promotion of ISTEC's
activities. During this forum all proposals and suggestions made
by the Board of Directors are brought forth to the GA for a final
vote. This includes the election of Directors the approval of new
Members proposed by the Board, and the removal of Members. Additionally,
the General Assembly provides a forum where all members can present
working proposals and actively interact with each other.
