To submit your ballot:

Fax it directly to the Teller Mrs. Karin Retskin at (1) (505) 277 -1313 no later than midnight, August 29th, 2008 (Albuquerque time).

Important Guidelines to cast your vote:

1. Fill all required information in the ballot, especially name of the institution, and your personal contact information. The institutional identification is necessary to be sure that your institution complies with the condition of being in good standing (having paid the 2007 membership).

2. Vote for no more than one candidate for each category, otherwise your vote will not be counted.

3. Date and sign the ballot. Your ballot must be signed to be valid. If your ballot is not signed, it will not be counted. Your name, address, signature and any other possible identification of the origin of the ballot will be removed by the Teller after your ballot has been validated, and then it will be counted. The signature is necessary for two reasons: first, to be sure that the authorized institutional representative is voting in person; and second, to enable the Teller to verify your ballot against the voting list.

4. Failure to comply with the above requirements will void the ballot.

5. Send your ballot promptly to avoid any last minute issues.
