Jury

In general terms, the contest has a "Technical Evaluation Committee" comprised by an "online" and "in situ" jury who will judge during the LCE and Iberia’s qualifying round, the eliminatory in Guayaquil and the finals.

The Committee is composed professionals, with an industry, business and academic background. They all have a significant expertise in the different areas for this contest.

The "Online Jury" will select online the projects from the LCE chapter that will participate in the eliminatory in Guayaquil. In the IBERIA chapter, the jury will select directly the finalists. Then, the "in situ" jury in Guayaquil will select the top 5 projects without a specific order after the poster and verbal presentations by participants, as wells as, the session of question and answers.

Finally, the "Jury during the final", will receive a copy of the project finalists from both chapters (LCE & IBERIA) and will make their decision once the finalists have made their presentations and defenses during the finals.
