Participants of the General Assembly come from over 20 countries of the Ibero-American region, and include:

• ISTEC academic membership: Over 100 Ibero-American private and state universities are represented by their top academic and administrative authorities, researchers on Computer Science, Engineering and Telecommunications. Librarians and Library Directors with experience in Digital Libraries. Graduate students and promising young researchers.
