The General Assembly and associated events represent an excellent opportunity to promote new products, services and programs through Exhibitor Education Sessions.

There are various conference rooms available for companies and academic institutions that want to have special meetings, demonstrations or presentations. The investment to have the space reserved varies depending on the Conference Room. In addition to providing the space, the Executive Office will assist companies and organizations with local arrangements to contract coffee breaks, audiovisual equipment, and others.
