Event
Objectives |
| |
This event’s primary objective is to establish a permanent
discussion forum, in real time, regarding the “Proyecto
País: Bolivia-Digital (e-Bolivia) en la Sociedad de La
Información, Desafíos y Oportunidades” (Proyecto
Pais: Digital Bolivia (e-Bolivia) in the Information Society,
Challenges and Opportunities”). This discussion will aim
to identify replicable projects, with scale-up potential, that
are economically viable and sustainable in different design
and implementation stages at the community, municipal, and departmental
level. The projects will function equally well in national,
regional, and global environments that can contribute to e-Bolivia.
The e-Bolivia project will be inclusive and participatory, based
on strategic alliances (industrial, educational institutions,
international organizations, NGOs, and governments) and open
to society and its institutions, and will operate with transparency,
