a.. Doctoral degree or in final stage of dissertation in the areas of Organizations, Administrative Theory, Management of Human Resources or Marketing.

b.. Undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or related areas.

d.. Age: between 25 and 45 years old.

e.. Fluency in Spanish and one other language, preferably English.
