Marisa De Giusti<\/strong>,\u00a0particip\u00f3 de la inauguraci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/biredial.istec.org\/programa-2021\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/biredial.istec.org\/programa-2021\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1635247314771000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEDplzYOiTtCe6GrOGvJMpmTN9cyA\">X Conferencia Internacional BIREDIAL-ISTEC sobre Bibliotecas y Repositorios Digitales de Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tambi\u00e9n formaron parte del acto inaugural el\u00a0<strong>Dr. Daniel Durini Romero<\/strong>, Director de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico del INAOE en representaci\u00f3n de su Director General,\u00a0<strong>Dr. Edmundo Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, junto al\u00a0<strong>Dr. Francisco Renero<\/strong>, Director de Formaci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica del INAOE y miembro del Comit\u00e9 Organizador Local, y la Lic. en Comunicaci\u00f3n <strong>Marlem Uribe Marenco<\/strong>, del Comit\u00e9 Cient\u00edfico BIREDIAL-ISTEC.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"10 an\u0303os Conferencia internacional BIREDIAL-ISTEC\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/X_MIXYGofUI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En el marco de su presentaci\u00f3n, la Dra. De Giusti destac\u00f3 el orgullo de participar en forma virtual (a ra\u00edz de la crisis sanitaria), en un evento que se destaca internacionalmente, organizado este a\u00f1o por el Instituto Nacional de Astrof\u00edsica y \u00d3ptica (INAOE) instituci\u00f3n de prestigio y que forma parte de ISTEC como socio acad\u00e9mico, desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cQuiero agradecer de manera enf\u00e1tica el esfuerzo en tiempos tan dif\u00edciles en todos los aspectos del quehacer acad\u00e9mico, cient\u00edfico y especialmente en lo social\u201d, manifest\u00f3, se\u00f1alando que en una \u00e9poca de cambio, signada por profundas transformaciones, las personas e instituciones se est\u00e1n adaptando a nuevas realidades y desaf\u00edos, que los interpelan d\u00eda a d\u00eda, para que puedan seguir creciendo, desarrollando y evolucionando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEn este proceso la Ciencia Abierta tiene un rol fundamental\u201d, asegur\u00f3 la presidente de ISTEC, enfatizando la importancia de celebrar la conferencia en pandemia, con la ciencia abierta como tema central, para poner el foco en una tem\u00e1tica que ha sido imprescindible para compartir los avances cient\u00edficos destinados a combatir el Covid-19:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">acercando a la sociedad una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s abierta<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">generando una participaci\u00f3n activa<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">fomentando la colaboraci\u00f3n e interacci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">generando nuevos roles y nuevos actores en las comunidad investigativas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cLa pandemia, curiosamente, ha demostrado la necesidad de que la investigaci\u00f3n vuelva a su fin original de compartici\u00f3n de la ciencia con la sociedad\u201d, apunt\u00f3, informando que en su 10\u00b0 edici\u00f3n, se presentar\u00e1n en Biredial- ISTEC cuatro conferencias magistrales, 9 ponencias, se debatir\u00e1 en 5 mesas y se realizar\u00e1n 8 posters distintas facetas de ciencia abierta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.istec.org\/istecblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/10\/BIREDIAL03b.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1299\" src=\"http:\/\/www.istec.org\/istecblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/10\/BIREDIAL03b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sobre el final de su alocuci\u00f3n, la Dra. Marisa De Giusti present\u00f3 a ISTEC, mencionando que el consorcio lleva m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os trabajando en la interacci\u00f3n de empresas con instituciones acad\u00e9micas y tambi\u00e9n con instituciones gubernamentales, construyendo nexos, trabajando colaborativamente con el fin de mejorar la situaci\u00f3n, el trabajo y la investigaci\u00f3n en ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEste tipo de encuentros, por su calidad, son ideales para generar di\u00e1logos entre nuestras instituciones, ver los avances que se est\u00e1n haciendo y poder generar nuevos proyectos o sumar a l\u00edneas de trabajo ya en curso\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Luego explic\u00f3 que ISTEC se realiza a partir de proyectos que dentro del consorcio se denominan iniciativas, las cuales est\u00e1n dedicadas a suplir falencias de informaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, as\u00ed como emprendimientos colaborativos que engloben distintos actores de la regi\u00f3n latinoamericana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cLos invitamos a conocer ISTEC accediendo a nuestro sitio web\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.istec.org\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.istec.org\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1635247314771000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHcwAvU3zxrIGg5tXNt20v0nVzdLA\">https:\/\/www.istec.org\/<\/a>, que conozcan las iniciativas, consulten los newsletter donde mostramos las actividades que se llevan adelante y en los cuales tambi\u00e9n difundimos los avances de los socios propiciando un conocimiento compartido\u201d, convid\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEsperamos que nos consulten y que iniciemos un di\u00e1logo entre nuestras instituciones para poder lograr conjuntamente un mejor desarrollo de la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n en nuestros pa\u00edses en pos de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y equitativa\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la Dra.
