Marisa De Giusti<\/strong>, present\u00f3 los nuevos proyectos de ISTEC que se estuvieron implementando en 2021 y se potenciar\u00e1n en el transcurso del a\u00f1o 2022.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a la iniciativa LibLink de ISTEC, cuyo objetivo es crear una red virtuosa de cooperaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y cient\u00edfica, la Dra. De Giusti comparti\u00f3 las\u00a0acciones permanentes que desarrolla:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>intercambio de recursos bibliogr\u00e1ficos<\/strong>, que aunque tiende a disminuir se enfoca en materiales muy dif\u00edciles y por lo tanto exige de personas (referencistas) altamente capacitados.<\/li>\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>cosecha de recursos abiertos<\/strong>y su exposici\u00f3n y acceso\u00a0<strong>libre y gratuito.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>mantenimiento del software Celsius\u00a0<\/strong>y la atenci\u00f3n a sus usuarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Luego, la presidente de ISTEC explic\u00f3 las nuevas \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa, que beneficiar\u00e1n a todas las instituciones que forman parte del consorcio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>difusi\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos<\/strong>en Am\u00e9rica Latina en \u201cciencia abierta\u201d as\u00ed como la difusi\u00f3n de un modelo incremental y sostenible. La definici\u00f3n de esta propuesta avanzar\u00e1 en el transcurso de 2022 de acuerdo al inter\u00e9s que manifiesten los socios.<\/li>\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>puesta a punto de un procedimiento de auditor\u00eda y evaluaci\u00f3n de repositorios institucionales de acceso abierto<\/strong>. La definici\u00f3n de esta propuesta avanzar\u00e1 en el transcurso de 2022 de acuerdo al inter\u00e9s que manifiesten los socios.<\/li>\n<li>El lanzamiento de un<strong>servicio de mejora de calidad de revistas de las instituciones miembro<\/strong>: adecuaci\u00f3n al acceso abierto e indexaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 listo para su comienzo de acuerdo a las necesidades manifestadas por los socios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>Dr.\u00a0Gonzalo Villareal<\/strong>, miembro del equipo de\u00a0\u00a0PREBI-SEDICI\u00a0de la Universidad Nacional de la Plata, quien se refiri\u00f3 al alcance del Servicio de Mejora de Calidad de Revistas de las Instituciones<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s inform\u00f3 sobre el proyecto \u2018Hilos de Conocimiento\u2019, que comienza en noviembre de 2021, y estar\u00e1 conformado por una serie ordenada de podcasts destinados a compartir temas de inter\u00e9s actual vinculados (como primer tema) a la Ciencia Abierta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En ambos proyectos tambi\u00e9n participa la Dra.
